Hello, and welcome to my page! I am glad that you have taken this important step toward seeking care and support for yourself. My name is Sami, and I am a therapist who is passionate about aiding clients through life’s challenges and celebrating their triumphs. With a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, I create a safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My therapeutic style is collaborative, intuitive, and evidence-based, with a focus on tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs. I aspire to empower my clients to develop self-awareness, build resilience, and cultivate meaningful relationships. I strongly believe in the inherent worth and potential of every individual and am dedicated to supporting their journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Sami is an Associate Clinical Social Worker who is committed to providing personalized, compassionate, and trauma-informed care to individuals seeking mental health support. She is particularly interested in working with marginalized and underserved communities while utilizing cultural humility.

Sami completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and obtained her Master in Social Work from California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). With experience in working with children, adults, and families, Sami has addressed a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Her approach is person- centered, strength-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Additionally, Sami employs a multimodal perspective to treatment, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Sami is dedicated to promoting inclusivity by welcoming clients from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and identities.
